New Incoming Students for Spring 2026 - If you do not want the Student Health Insurance Plan, you must decline or opt-out of coverage by submitting a waiver. Failure to waive or enroll in the Student Health Insurance Plan may result in auto enrollment of coverage which will appear on your tuition statement.

Returning Students - your next opportunity to waive or enroll in coverage will be for the Fall 2026 Coverage period. If you have a Qualifying Life Event and need to add coverage for yourself and/or eligible dependents, click here.

You may only opt-out of coverage during the following Waiver Periods:

Spring - 12/15/2025 - 01/30/2026
